B. Granite crystallises out of molten magma. So even if an organism managed to get in to the magma chamber...

Insects often get caught in amber (solidified tree sap), tar beds can trap animals, and limestones are often full of shells.

B. Granite; fossils must form in sedimentry rocks; granite is igneous; this is becuase any remnace of the fossil would have been melter down before flowing out of the volcano system as lava. destroying any record of the fossil
