The AT&T v60 was a TDMA Digital Handset. Since being purchased by Cingular, AT&T/Cingular has discontinued any new TDMA handset activations. Unfortunately, there's no way for you to activate the phone. It will still make calls to 911, but that would be it.

The ONLY way to use the phone, would be to find someone who currently has an active AT&T/Cingular TDMA account, and is willing to transfer that account into your name. Then, you could do an ESN change on the account to your v60.

Otherwise, not going to happen. Good luck!
