My grandparents used to let us have coffee as a treat. With lots of creamer and sugar. It was a rare occasion and in small amounts. It made us feel sooo grown up. Everyday is not good though. But there are a lot of beverages besides coffee that contain tons of caffeine - like tea and cocoa and soda pop. This caffeine could interfere with her sleep patterns and 3 year olds need to get plenty of rest to grow up strong and healthy.
