you have got to be kidding.the godfather hands down.Al Pacino was excellent as Scarface and he will be remembered for that movie most,but Michel Corleone was the best character he's ever played.The Godfather was full of talent,did you know that the baby being baptized in the movie was Francis Ford Coppola 's daughter,who's now a director,Sophia?

Both were great, but i liked scarface becuase you can sit there and watch it even if your drunk. In the godfather you have to pay more attention to figure out whats going on

Those two movies are really hard to compare, but my vote would be the godfather, because of the story telling and the way it sets up the trilogy.

i gotta say godfather. corleone was the man, with that cat!!!! I liked how when he got old, Mike had to take over, and it was ironic becasue he didnt want to have nothing to do with organized crime, that was tight.
