Ok, so ur the middle man. Ok, you need to tell your friend the truth,that maybe hes not the right guy for her,gently.Tell him that there are alot of girls out there who would like him for who he is. Then make your first move on this girl.Do not make it rude or perverted or obnoxious, make it smooth and gentle. Confront her and ask her out. Then wait a while before telling her how you feel (dont wait an entire year!!LoL!) Soon youl be lovebirds on a moon and probably by then your friend would have found a more suitable female for himself. I hope this helps. :)
