many facts are based on what was first believed put unproven, my guess is that many of the things that we take as "fact" are not even necessarily the truth, there are mulitple interpretations to everything, even the gospels in the new testement are not factual as they were interpretations to begin with but have subsequently been copied and recopied throughout the ages

It probably depends on how you define truth and to what you are applying it. In law, the truth is consistent with fact, and fact can be supported by evidence - that's their definition, in a legal sense. In our physical universe we are eternally seeking the truth without coning up with a complete answer. Even Einstein had doubts about one belief in particular: that quantum physics could be reconciled to the specific and general theories of relativity. There is also spiritual truth, which is a realm outside the realm of physical truth, and therefore cannot be proven by physical truth. The truth is we don't the the whole truth about anything.

I prefer Jesus, because He is (The Way and Truth and the Life)! God hates man-made religions anyway. So do I. It turns many a people away. You may not believe this but God never intended for people to have one church here and one over there etc....; (Preaching different man-made doctrines ) and saying they got this from the Bible , is bunk. If people would only listen to what God says in His Word and preach that, then a lot more people would come to know and love Him and believe in Him a lot more. When you know, that you know Jesus, you couldn't help but love Him. He loved us so much He died on the Cross for us so we wouldn't have to. Accepting that fact and believing in it will help make a non-believer into a believer. You know what they say? Fact is truer than fiction. And this has been "Fact"!

If you understand the human you will get what i want to say:
You are soul and mind, so how can you feed one and forge the other?
so what i mean is for your soul to be fill, not to be empty it would be a religion!
for your mind facts and truth!
i don't think the religion not has the facts and the truth, I don’t feel or see that with my religion! coz i like to think, and i don't like to believe in something not have the evidence and truth and to work in tow direction with me one with my mined and the 2nd with my heart and soul, coz I’m human!
Some of us try to forget it and just concentrating on the facts and the truth! but do you see them happy or I don’t' know how to explain that, it's just you will feel it, no matter witch religion it is! or which God you like! it's just i think the whole religion not asking us to fight or to kill ,,, so in the end it's good for our soul, if we make this i think it will give the sport to our life,
Even if you just will depend on the facts, would you explain to me how you will feel good or bad, happy or sad , coz if you depend on facts there is no feeling, do you remember the story Hard times, for Charlies De it has the answer,

Facts & truth. Provable facts. No one knows if there is an afterlife or not. No one has come back & reported one to us. Facts are enough. Belief in an afterlife is pure conjecture.
