Something has interrupted your signal. First try resetting by removing sat in cable then unplug for 15 seconds then re-attach sat in.
If that does not work test your signal strength. If below 70 either realign dish, check all connections and cables for damage or loose connection from dish to receiver, do not use splitters. If the cable from dish to receiver is in excess of 125' you need an in-line amplifier or if you are technically inclined call for service, and be sure to ask for credit for period of interruption in service.

Hi...you need to update your software in the digibox.
How to do this...look on the front of your digibox and you will see a button called 'back up'.
Hold this button in and pull the power lead out/off the back of your digibox keeping the 'back up' button pressed in...then while still holding it in, put the power lead back into your digibox.
Hold in that 'back up' button until you see all the lights light up on your digibox...now you can let go and the software will update through satellite...it normally takes between 4-10 minutes.
When it has finished updating your digibox will go into standby...so, restart your sky and all will be well.
Best to update your software once a month.
Hope this helps...'Good luck'

Shite (usually birds!) on the dish or it's moved slightly out of alignment - as well as all the other answers to consider, but don't forget that heavy rain can screw up the signal at times too.

Typically, digital reception goes like this when you have poor reception and also during very wet weather.
Or you may prefer to get your dish alignment checked.
