You have to get in their frame of mind. They want people who can keep learning and will help their business and stay on the job. I am in the uper levels of a large business so I have a fair idea of what we want. Remember that is not going to be the only question. We have little hand books to help us ask questions. The questions are meant to get an answer and then question that answer. If the interviewer is any good at their job they will have a good ideal if you are going to be a complaner or take things or a trouble maker.
Answer: Your biggest mistake was picking dead end jobs and then quiting before finding a replacement job. (NEVER say it did not pay enough because any pay is better then no pay). Remember you picked a dead end job and you quit the job was your mistake.
Question: What do you call a dead end job?
Answer: Could be many things, you have to pick something and make it sound good. Maybe they did not have a program to help you go to school at night to advance with them.
Question: Where would you like to be in 5 years if you were to be hired?
Answer: You have to know what kind of a business they are running and you know what you might be intrested in so you would have to say something like, "in 5 years I would hope to be finishing my classes and collecting my deg in what ever it is you know they have to offer" maybe tell them some crap about you understand that you have a long way to go to get to your goals but in a couple of years you would like to be able to prove you are doing well in your night classes and have a good understanding of the business and hope to be promoted in to what ever job you are looking for.
But remember what ever you tell them you have to do. Or this new job will be a dead end job as well.

I once was in charge of planning a large event in which I had to delegate duties to others. The biggest mistake in doing that job was expecting that everyone did their job properly. In the wee minutes before the event, I wound up having major stress over things that I expected to be done that were not done. The end reflection would have been on me. I would highly recommend that constant communication is incorporated into anything you do. Mostly, be certain that everyone is on the same page and not doing something with the wrong idea or misunderstanding. Make sure everyone is clear on the what, how, when, date, and result that is to be achieved. It was almost a disaster and I am so glad that I caught it in time to correct it. I also make certain now that I don't make the same mistake.

I've never had that question asked at job interview, but I went to turn the lights on in the warehouse where I work and I accidentally shut of the lights in our main production area. The lights are sodium halides, which take ten minutes to come back on after they've been shut off.

i assume the worst mistake I bear in recommendations doing is at this motor vehicle dealership i exploit to artwork at, I drove onto the lot in this huge truck and the rear bumper replaced into out approximately 6 inches, it hooked the taillight and the rear bumper of a sparkling Lincoln Continental and tore them off of it as I drove previous it. happily the sales supervisor theory it replaced into humorous and only sent the vehicle to the physique shop.

You could go with bringing out the wrong order and how the customer was mad and you have to calm them down and ended up giving the customer free drinks. Or you spilled food on the customer and ended up paying for dry cleaning. something you would be really bad but you made it better or learned a lot from the situation
