People say America is the most democratic and free country in the world, but to my uy understanding, it's the opposit. We are not free and safe in this country. Kids take guns to school, shoot teachers,friends you name it. Drug gangs are every where, in schools colleges etc. You go to the malls, you dont know who is walking next to you, you can be shot at any time for no good reason. And usually the lawers will go out to defend the killers diagnosing them with all sort of illnesses.There is no rebel or other war going on in this country, Why do we have too many guns in the streets. How are these gun getting to people who are not suppose to have them? And finally my question is are we safe and free in America

Yes...but its in the bill of rights for a lot of these things to happen. the right to bear arms...the right to a fair trial, even if its not actually fair to everyone.... To many people take advantage of these things
Almost anyone can buy a gun at walmart or a pawn shop

To put it exactly, you feel unsafe in America just because Americans are too free.I don't think every citizen can buy and hold a gun is a good idea considering the high crime rate compared to other countries. But unless overwhelming most of us protest against it, we will still have the rights to have a gun. That's one of the proves we are free.

You are not safe in America for the very reason of freedom.
People are allowed to many freedoms and they abuse it.
There are people that believe they have a right to do whatever they want because it is a free country.
There need to be boudaries. Too much freedom leads to corruption.
