Sci Fi reairs the show on Fridays at 6 central time, but i catch it on NBC so i do not know the lag time between originals and repeats

This site is good and cheap http://www.FavoriteTVshow.com They have a small sign up fee but it is a one time thing and after this you get unlimited access to old and new episodes of shows including full series.

I think this year they are airing episodes online for free, like abc did last year with lost and desperate housewives.

If you have iTunes then go to iTunes, click TV Show, then click on NBC, then search for Heroes then purchase it for $1.99. Even if you don't have an iPod you can still watch it on your computer.
Don't have iTunes go to www.apple.com and download it for free.
