While traveling I went thru a McDonald's drive thru in southern MS and got my 3-yr old son a bacon, egg, & cheese biscuit. I stopped really earily because I needed some coffee. He was still sleeping so he didn't eat it right away. When he started eating it I noticed a red curly hair hanging out of his mouth...I was immediately disgusted becasue we both have dark brown straight hair. Anyway I tryed to pull the hair out but it was so long that he had already swallowed part of it so when I pulled it made him gag and he threw up all over the both of us and our car. I had to stop in a terrible storm in the middle of no where to try and clean us up and console him. I was absolutely livid but since I was traveling and it was already about 45 minutes later I didn't turn around and I couldn't remember the name of the town I stopped in so I could call.
As for sueing...everyone's had something like that happen to them and it didn't cause any physical damage. I think it would be be to much trouble. However to this day my son won't eat eggs.

A Fly in my wine glass. No, I would not sue, but I did politely discuss it with the manager and she gave me a gift card to compensate for the bad service.

I have always found the stem of the lettus mixed in is always appetizing.
as for the mealy bugs in other vegtables, they are usually dead from the cooking.
No, I would not Sue, I'm not even sure if I know her.

you have two questions in one shot. cheaper by the dozen -- as they say. to answer no. 1 question -- yes, i did find something in my pizza "hair" --no to the number two question -- i did not sue -- it simply does not pay the time and aggravation. at the end the judgment could come to a meal price to replace the pizza. big deal.
we --as consumers -- have to find a better way to deal with this important issue you raise. thanks for bringing it up.

I always find little bits of hair, and one time a bone that wasn't supposed to be in my veggie omelet. But those were low quality resturants, and if you go to cheap Vietnamese resturants, you'll find quite a bit of treasures.

Yea, a human finger nail. I guess that someone took their break by the cook and decided to cut hteir finger nails. Umm that was pretty hard, guess it added fiber.
