I was 13 when I started my periods and luckily once they settled down, I have had no pain at all. It took almost a year for my periods to settle and for me to get used to them. I am now 29. My only suggestion sweet, is to visit your local doctors surgery and speak to the nurse. I remember my mum using Oil of Evening Primrose. But she suffered painful breasts and stopped taking. There is a book on the market called Foods that harm, Foods that heal. I refer to that sometimes. It should be available from your local library.

Extra strength Midol and a heating pad or go buy ThermaCare Menstral heat wraps. I love these things! They have an adhesive backing which attaches to your panties at your lower abdomen. The heat lasts for 8 hours or more. So soothing! Look for them either by the tampons or in the first aid aisle.

Try a hot bath or if you don't have a heating pad you can take one of those self warming facial masks and rub that on your stomach. If you want you can talk to your mom about getting a birth control to level everything out. Take motrin or while in class leane over on top of your desk.

Try Ibuprofin. It's not "natural" but it will help. If not, try a HOT compress where the cramps are. ANd if all else fails, a hot bath with epsom salt will usually help.
They also make teas, at specialty health food stores, that will help with the cramping. I hope this helps!

ROSE HIP OIL...comes in gelcap form. It works wonders. All natural. I had the same problem, went to the health food store, and now I'm fine. Rose hip oil is known for helping PMS and other woman problems. Try it and good luck!

if you are looking only for natural cures, try a heating pad or hot compress on your belly.
otherwise i would say talk to you mom, if they continue for a number of months it might be a good idea to get on Birth control to help control them, even though you are too young for sex.
