Your mother or father is only 50% of your genetic makeup, so the best match you could get for an organ would be 50%. Siblings are 50% one parent and 50% the other. So even if different genes are expressed in those siblings, there is still more genetic simmilarity. Think of it in simple terms. If you mix blue paint and red paint you get purple paint. Blue and red are both simmilar to purple, but not as close as another shade of purple.
