it was bought in london at disney store sits on wood plynth very intricate all hand painted would now like to sell, ex got cert and box.Cannot trace it anywhere but is a beautiful piece.

Try an appraiser in Disney collectables in your area also. They will give you the highest value. It will be worth mre also because it was bought in London, home to Pooh.
