i realized something this morning, the yank haters and lovers keep throwing blows to each other and the real fault for all this is not each other but the NEWS MEDIA, everyone likes to hear good things said about their team in the national media, we all do, however, if it reaches a point of over saturation then there is resentment by those who would die for that attention, the media and the sports analists can be your friend yank fans and your worst ememy, the reason for the yank haters is not truely jelousy but simply tired of hearing about them, what i saw this morning is all the same peole that earlier had many good things to say about you are the first to critisize you now, and your player showed me class in a looser's locker room, now the so called experts that always like to go with a sure thing are all saying they pick the tigers over oakland, how you think oakland feels about this? they are the aggitator, they build you up and make you think you can walk on water, then dump you

it's only a guess but i feel they are who get us at each others throats, i am a neutral fans , i just like to watch the game, and i am sad to see the way to preach to each other, and you know what? those very same analists don't even know where yahoo answers is or even know your name, they fly around the country getting paid well to watch the game and all they do is make their best guess just like you and i. and for that i say, leave each other alone, we are all in this together, america's passtime and it is they who are the culprit

first smart person in this section in many days now, i am surprize that with even your good insight you didn't get someone here with a negative response. many times people hear don't even understand the question. i am not sure you even had a question but good thoughts just the same. with this place i'd be willing to bet someone will turn you in for not forming it in a way of a question, but it sure won't be me

Those announcers were ALL for the Yankees, they said nothing negative until say the 7th or 8th inning yesterday when they knew they were not going to pull it off-the only bright spot on the announcing was when Ernie Harwell came on. They should have let him do it ALL!! 88 and still knows a heck of a lot more than those imbeciles they hired.

After the Yankees have been given swept with the aid of the pink Sox, i did no longer think of they deserved the final suited to bypass into an over-hyped sequence with the Mets and weigh down them. yet, 2 wins is two wins, so we are going to take them. besides, the sequence wasn't rather the comparable besides, with Beltran, Reyes, and Delgado out of the lineup for the Mets. Regardless, they could have been intense scoring video games with the final lineup in baseball (Yankees) against an ok Mets lineup.

man where did you come from . if you don't stay in NY every one Else love to hate them dam Yankees it's part of the sport trash talking etc. i think every other state with a good baseball team and have been to the play offs had to take their loses and now it's them Yankees fans time . but it's just a game to most of us it's life to them Yankees fans so give us this time to run it in their face . I am sorry to dispell Part of your theory here BUT I have made some great freinds here on answers and a couple of them are TIGER fans, The fans that get me going are the IGNORANT one!!!
