Don't force yourself on others. When you are young you think those friends will be in your life forever. But unfortunately they will not. Friends will come and go. If you are lucky some will stay with you, but most will drift away. I suggest you not lose any sleep over whether they have time for you today or not. It's hard to imagine now, but someday, you may not even remember this persons name.

If she is not there for you when you need her then she is not a good friend to you. Be careful though because if you are a very needy person who requires too much attention she may get sick of that too.

Find yourself a more dependable friend, but more importantly learn to be your own best friend. You should be able to enjoy time alone and be able to handle most of your problems yourself.

Ask her to have lunch or a coffee with you and you can talk to her then. Or you could ask her if she could be more available to talk to you more of the time..
