the file is most likely hidden in your system32 folder. i am only a 13 year old kid so i am not so smart but... when you delete a trojan it will say you have to access to do that. this is what you do. first you find the file you are about to delete. open your CMD. go to start>run> and type in CMD.
in the CMD type: cd\
then you type in the URL for the file wherever it is hidden. for example :
del\c:\documents and settings\hp_administrator\windows\system32\syycum.dll
(del stands for delete)
dont press enter just yet. go to your windows task manager and find your proccesses. i believe the process name for your trojan will be something like syycum.dll or syycum.exe
this will take you some time to find.
once you find it right click it and press end process tree and hurry back to your CMD and press enter.
a trojan will automatically open up as soon as the process gets ended so make sure you dont mess up at all.
my email is fearshadow92@yahoo.com you can ask me for more help. just email me

download and install this AVG Virus protection, I have the pay version and just 2 days ago it fixed two Trojan Horses that had infected my computer.
my boyfriend uses the free ware and the protection is the same ...only difference is he cannot use his computer while running updates and scans .....where my pay version does those things in the background while I continue to use the web.

This is probably because the file itself is the virus so cannot be healed but when that happens you should choose to delete it (or move to vault).
I did confirm the filename matches known malware so it should be quite safe to remove it.
