I can tell if a tv is on in another room (with the sound off of course) or even if I walk by someone's house and they have a tv on by an open window. I know most people will think I am lying or that it is weird, but I have done it for lots of people. I would get them to turn it off or on (without sound) then I would tell them from another room if it was on or off. This only works for me with the regular tv sets, no LCD or flat screens or projector. I think it has something to do with the static in the air I am sensitive to or something. Does anyone have a similiar talent? Or what are your thoughts on this?

trust me it's not hearing, i am talking about tv without the volume on, come i'm serious here, i can feel the static or something it's weird.

Metstark, I think I found my soul mate!! If you're not already married. LOL!! Anyway, isn't that weird how we can feel that. I've been doing that for years. Since I was a kid, actually. I can sense the television is on even from another area of the house. Just as you mentioned. However, I can do it with the newer models too. And, yes, I think it is the static that does it for us.

No, but I can tell if the upstairs TV is on, even if on the same channel as the downstairs one.
Ones digital, the other on a nromal ariel and the digital one is always about 5 seconds behind.

No but I can hear the door bell before it rings. The people ringing the doorbell can't be seen or heard and still I know when it is going to ring. You aren't crazy just sensitive to electronics.

Yes and i was just about to ask the same question you did. i would walk by a house and just hear the tv on and then i would ask my friends if they heard it and they said no

I Definatley cant say I dont share this talent. but I believe you.
Its probably the energy it gives off.
Maybe you have some sort of psychic powers.

It is hearing....the TV emits a very high fequency ringing sound that not everyone can hear...I can hear it and it drives me crazy sometimes...
