Protein will transform into fat and carbs if not used for building tissue. So you will just gain fat if you eat extra protein. Creatine collects water in to your body, so it is not a long term solution. I don't recommend using it...

You can't get around working out if you want to build muscles. A pair of heavy dumbbells with adjustable weight will do wonders! Good luck!

Too much protein is bad for your kidneys. If you consume enough protein daily, be careful if you want to consume supplements that your body doesn't need if your not working out. If you decide to take these supplements, make sure you drink plenty of water. Your kidney's will thank you.

i dont think that is a good idea.if you want to take protein supplement just to gain weight, you weight may increase. you increase your weight by adding fats, not weight.im a 19 year old male, weight 50 kg when i was 18.i was mocked as a skinny boy when i was in my school.so, i started to work out. i started to gain weight and build up my muscles.now, i weight 60kg. so, i think if you wan to take the supplement, you better go and do wome work out. increase you weight by muscle gain is better for you.
