You need to ask a different question. What you should be asking is: when do boys stop acting like boys and start acting like men? The answer is, sometimes never. Some get it and become men. The problem is, that takes character, integrity, service, and faith ... and those elements are becoming an increasing rarity is many aspects of American life. If you are still a girl, expect to be surrounded by boys. The gender question works both ways. If you are prepared to be a woman (and I don't mean by liscivious measures), then you can expect to find yourself more frequently in the company of men. Men and women are not just older, there are plenty of 45-year old boys and girls. The difference comes when people start acting like adults, which some may never do.

not all boys act the same, if they did the world would be boring, Sometimes they do the same things because they are males, just like females sometimes act the same
