i am an indian and want to be comics story teller and sketcher.stan lee is my idol.tough i have nice drawing but i want to come to usa and want to know where to start with.

I would start making web comics and build up a rep/portfolio. Word of mouth can be the best advertising. Alot of people who have deals have gotten popular off of the net. (Like the Streindburg and Helium animations. They got picked up by Comedy Central). I'm not sure if you're into manga but Tokyo Pop holds Rising Stars Contests. A link should be there in www.tokyopop.com.
Storyboards are also really important, as they help you figure out how you want your story to flow and how many panels you'll need to create. The shapes of your panel boxes and speech bubbles can also accentuate a story line.

First off, good luck with your quest.
Have you ever had anything published? What kind of a body of work do you have to represent your skills and abilities? Are you going to school? If not, do you PLAN to?
Without seeing your work, I can't judge your portfolio, but I can recommend that you keep working at it. Do some research. Submit some samples when you get to the US. Go to comic book conventions and show your portfolio to editors and other artists and see some feedback.

Write Stan Lee, see if he offers sponsorships, or know of where you can intern/study abroad in the USA - under an educational visa
