The movie was about a man, well, I think he is some kind of a goverment agent. After some kind of (failed, perhaps) of weapon transaction, he was given a drink and his watch from his head officer (or, something). But, the drink made the man have amnesia, well, like losing his sort term memories. He even forgot that he had divorced with his wife, so he is coming to her house, asking for her help. Both, they're finding their way to find the truth. Eventually, they got into a toy factory, and in one small room, there's a computer asking the man to finish the chess checkmate in 1 or 2 steps. After that, the computer told the man some sort of code, which point a location of the man's friend (his name is simon, maybe..) who was faking his own death. When they have gotten there, the man was given a cure for his illness, but the man's head officer detected his location via the watch. And, so on.. It's been a long time since I watched this movie, but I'll apreciate any help from you.. Thanks..

You are thinking of Time Lapse with Roy Schneider, Dina Meyer, William McNamara, and Henry Rollins.

"Clayton Pierce is a government agent working undercover. During de-briefing from his last assignment, he is unknowingly given the drug Oblivion, which, within a few days, will irreversibly damage his memory and rob him of his identity. He turns to the only person who can help him--his ex-wife Kate (Dina Meyer)--in hopes that together they can beat the clock and save his mind!"
