This has happened to me. I had to go to A+E to have it taken out as it was starting to get infected. Go to the hospital and let them take it out for you, if you try and cant do it, it will only make it worse.

My 7 year old came home from school and had the back of her earring all the way into her ear! She freaked out and so did my husband,but all it took was a little push from the other side,and the earring popped right out! LOL! As soon as it was over,everyone was like,Oh, thats all it took? I just shook my head like, why are people so dramatic? LOL Try pushing different ways on your lobe with the first finger and thunb,when you locate the closest part to the skin,then try to move your lobe around it different ways until you manuever it out.! GOOD LUCK! lol :)

i wore earrings for so long when I was younger that the back skin of my ear grew over the earring back, I had to pop it out, like I was popping a zit, it was nasty, but oddly satisfying.
