No you are not being selfish,,obviously you know what kind of woman you want. Good for you that you are holding out for the right woman. Sex is overrated anyways. Once you get in a relationship for a long time,,the sex is not there like is was in the beginning. There are alot more things to a relationship besides sex. Take all the time you need in finding the right woman.

Well, I dont know, I would think no, but at this point in life, you have held onto it this long, I wouldnt give it up until you meet someone really special. I am 23 and a virgin and sometimes I think its a little crazy, and feel like, what the heck, maybe I will sleep with my boyfriend (who I have been dating for only 2 months!) And then I say, I have waited this long, I should at least wait until I'm sure it is someone really special!!!!

no hon u r not being selfish u r just being careful but remember don't be too careful u might miss out.if you have a special girl in mind and you want her to be the first then get the necessary precaution and go for it .don't try to make it special that never works the first time just go with the moment

no your not...hang onto it for as long as you can....don't just go for sex coz you think your being selfish about your virginity....wait for that special someone to come into your life...and enjoy your first special moment,...when you find love, then give it and treasure the moment....stay a virgin until you meet that special person...plus...your sure as hell not gonna get STD being a virgin....so keep hold of it till the time is right

I don't believe so. You're just waiting for the right person and/or time to come along. I applaud you for being able to hold out for that long and have the will power to stick to it. Always do what you feel is best for you, and if that means not having sex until you decide it's right for you, then so be it.

i'm 26 and still a virgin.. whatever, why are you thinking about being a virgin or not. that's not even the point. The point is whether you have love or not. and i don't mean sex.

why would you consider your self selfish? because your not giving it up to the first girl you date ... I guess the only way you can be considered selfish is if you recieve some sort of sexual satisfaction but don't give.

No - if it is your belief. is it because you have never had the opportunity or are too scared? If it is your belief, that is to be respected - but please understand that we only get one life, and we are a long time dead - when the right person comes along you should go for whatever you wish.
