I always believe in not sugar coating anything when it comes to the music business. I have been a radio Programmer for about 15 years now so I have heard a lot of bands demo tapes.
The music portion of your songs is pretty good. However, the vocal tracks are really not as good as they should be. The music intro is fine, then the vocals come in and kill the song. If you a are really looking to make a run at having your songs ever hit the airwaves, you are going to have to accept the fact that you need to find new people to do your vocals.
Please, don't let what I said discourage you from making more music. As I said, the music is good. It just needs polished.
