it varies from state to state but if your old enough to get working papers then you should be old enough to work at least part time at any store,call their personal dept to find out for sure

It really depends on your state and local laws, but generally the minimum age for employment is 18. However, 16-17 year-olds may work in certain positions with reduced hours per week. most jobs are at least 16 per state laws.
