First make sure the valve is on, Most motorhomes have a shut-off solenoid that requires that your lp detector be on before it will open up. The LP detector can usually be found near the floor in the kitchen area. I've seen where people have accidentally kicked the button shutting them off which will turn off the gas.
If that checks out, take the line loose from the main valve and crack to valve open, if you get gas then the other valve or solenoid may be bad.
Make sure if you open the any of the lines you use soapy water to check for leaks, and DO NOT use any cleaners with ammonia in them.
That's how this RV service tech would do it. Hope that helps

That has happened to me sometimes, even with a full tank. Try this:
Turn off all your appliances.
Turn off the valve at the tank.
Loosen the hose where it connects to the tank (this relieves the pressure upstream of the regulator, you may hear a faint "pop")
Tighten the tank connection; turn the tank valve back on; don't forget to relight your pilot lights if you have any.
I think it has something to do with the pressure between the tank and the regulator. If that doesn't work, I'd call a qualified service man. You may have a faulty regulator.

It may be the Regulator as you suspect. On mine I have two tanks. If, I have both Valves open on the tanks and the first tank goes empty it will automatically switch to the second tank. It does this by Pressure and nothing more. So, you may try switching the knob back and forth if it like mine to be sure the valve in the Regulator is opened. Another thing mine have is a low pressure shut off. Normally you will see an Orange thing pop-up in a Glass/Plastic. Be sure it is down and out of sight. May try tapping on it gently with a the plastic handle of a screwdriver.

Turn on the gas and light the stove. First you must let the gas bleed the air out of the line. If after a 1/2 minute you don't hear gas coming it the odds are the regulator is bad. After you bleed the line of air shut the stove off and wait a minute before you try to light it as it will explode. If it's a newer M/H with pilot lights and electronic ignition be careful and turn off everything but the stove.
If you have done all this your regulator is bad.

Your regulator and the valve on the tank are the first thing to check than the line to see if it is obstructed. Is there a shut of valve inside the trailer that you forgot to open. After that you need to look at each appliance individually.

Spiders love propane, they build homes if the line was open, and clog them up. check before spending money. Loosen at appliance and see if coming through. Safely, use soapy water to see if coming through, will blow bubbles.
