How can I get a person to open up to me? Like I talk to people and they seem to never open up to me. and I am worried that I might not make new friends. I do talk to new people everyday but the conversations seems to be short.

It takes time to turn an aquaintance into a friendship. People don't seem to be as trusting anymore and I understand why since there are so many wicked people out there. Keep talking to people and if you open up to them, they will eventually open up to you as well. Just give them time to get to know you and friendships will develop naturally.

It's like trust, has to be earned. As long as you be yourself and continue to talk to people, they will open up eventually.

Patience, don't expect things to be exactly the way you want them all the time. people will warm up to you in time. Don't push to hard.
