it goes slow whenever im watching videos or playing games

several reasons, could be the temp. internet files you gather while surfing. do a disk cleanup. could be weather you are dial up or fast connect.the games you put on there take a lot of memory witch will cause slower running.

Defrag your Drive, Check for spiware, get more memory(RAM Optical memory), update your Video drivers

well... u might be running low on memory or ur processor is an old fashion one, or it might just simply be that your computer is infected with spyware and stuff if u were downloading movies from internet
