Your question can be translated as follows:
25(8m+10w)=25(10c+5w)=x(2c+3m)
Where:
m: the men's daily work
w: the women's daily work
c: the children's daily work
x: the answer to your question
As you may see, there is no answer to your question. You haven't given enough elements. You should of added something like"the same work can be done by 7 men and 15 children". The question would have, then, had a precise answer.
The question has, in this case, an infinity of answers.

You just can't solve a system of equations where the number of variables exceeds the number of equations.

There exist also another problem: how can a work done by 10 women and 8 men again be done taking the same time by only 10 children and five women? But again, that detail isn't mathematically that important (some jobs are more easily done by children than by men, who knows?): you should respect the possibilities of choice in order to get a solved problem.

nice question and simple
if u can see there are three equations
first
8m+10w=25 days ,where 8m is time taken my 8 men and 10w is time taken by 10 women

second
10c+5w=25 ,where 10c is time taken by 10 children and 5w is time take nmby five women

third
2c+3m=D?
whre D is unknown and i guess u want to find out
so dear solve threee eqations by substitution or elimination method and u have it done !

8 men + 10 women (can in) 25 days -----------(1)
10 chidren + 5 women (can in) 25 days -----------(2)

Number of equations = 2

Number of variables = 3 (men, women, children)

3 varibles, 2 equation = no defenite solution

You should type in the entire question, word for word. You are missing some information.

8a+10b=10c+5b=1/25 ********(1),(2)
3a+2c=1/?
By solving this problem you can find the answer.
Solution
2x2****20c+10b=2/25 ******(3)
1 - 3 ____ 8a - 20c = -1/25
I fear it needs one more particular.
