Tough, tough question... recently, You'll Be Under My Wheels, More Girls, and the 05 version of Spitfire are all fantastic, but tracks like Poison and Voodoo People still sound great today (Poison just wins it for me).
An honourable mention goes to 3 Kilos on the Jilted Generation album; I just love the flute tune.
