I saw a share certificate for sale for a few thousand dollars and the company had gone out of business? Why? it was a well designed certificate and it was a collectors item. So that should give you an idea. look at my website - have a good look click adverts - learn! Then email me with your idea. the email address is on the website. Then I'll give you some information on the psychology of raising money - but if the idea is crap - you could be in deep **** in China!

Unless this is your third or fourth successful venture of this type AND you are investing at least as much, your chance of finding an investor is zero. God forbid you do find one, if you fail and anything shady at all is going on, you will have to deal with chinese law. In Britain, when you do this, you end up in prison. In CHINA, when you do this, your organs end up for sale on the black market.
