I was taught in reflexology school that certain reflexes should be avoided on pregnant women--just in case. I'd also tell a pregnant woman to ask her OB-GYN if it was okay before having reflexology OR a massage. For a massage, be sure the person doing the massage is very familiar with pregnant bodies and has a table with a belly cut-out.

Depends. Pregancy massages are a Gods send! But I would avoid heaviery ones like a swiss massage or sports massages that work around the back and stomach. Other than that, knock yourself out!

I have a lot of answer from question about pregnacy massage. I work on a lot of clients that are pregnant. depending on what semister your in depend what type of massage.

maybe it is not totally bad but it is risky because it may cause miscarriage.
