Not much. I do the exact same thing all the time because I'll either forget that it's been a month and that I need to change my contacts, or I can't take them out because I'm all out of other contacts and don't feel like wearing my glasses. The only things that have ever happened to me are that the contacts got kind of blurry and that they're harder to put in because they get flimsy and make my eyes water.

You can get a severe eye infection that can sometimes cause blindness. I used to do that and I asked my doctor and that is exactly what he told me .

Its very unwise to play around with your eyes in this way...don't wear them longer than you are advised your eye sight is too precious...
