A hot tub consists of a closed system having a two-speed pump which pushes the water up pipes into the tub.There is a panel near the pump.It has a red reset button poking out of it.Inside this panel is wiring and a heat exchanger (I'm assuming your tub is electric).What can go wrong--The pump has a mechanical seal that will wear out after a time and start to leak.The heater (heat exchanger) might develop a hole and water will then leak into the panel.The plastic pipes might start leaking.So...water starts blowing out of the bottom when the vents come on--sounds as if you have a leak and I'm guessing the seal on the pump is the culprit.If it is, you probably won't be up to fixing it yourself.You can email me if you like at potterlike@yahoo.com

Turn off the circuit breaker feeding the hot tub before you start doing anything else.
Look at the pump motor. There may be a black or red reset button on the side. Try pushing it in. Follow the electrical wiring from the motor. You may find a box with a reset button. Try resetting it.
Close things up, and turn on the circuit breaker again. Does it work?
If not email me and maybe we can figure out what else to try.

I've read your other questions you posted reguarding this hot tub.

Seems you have an issue with water going somewhere it's not supose to?
The blower has turned off?

Now my first question would be;
Is it over full?
Is the water coming out from the plumbing underneath? If so, where? At the jets where the pipes are connected? At the pump?

You may want to call a smart friend to come over and look at it..

the reset botton is under the panel you have to take the front panel off the side of the tub and reset it.
