When i do a search , for anything, for ex. apple, and then all the different sites for apple come up on I click on one of the links, ex. apple.com, it goes to a totally differnet link. Looks like mostly different search engines that Ive never heard of, ex. marketplace.com.... I have ran a full virus scan ( AVG ) and spybot. Didn't work... Now what?

I've had this happen on occasion , I regularly click on yahoo protection then anti-virus and check mark the box that scans for cookies and hit scan button , then when finished remove all cookies and that helps . You can download a program from Morpheus called window washer that helps keep tracking programs from misdirecting you also and it clears your recent search history. Good luck it should help you !

Use a good search engine such as Yahoo.com, Google.com.

Some of the links are paid sponsor links and are false, just be sure what you are clicking, and look at the destination URL below the link before clicking :)

Take care.

Use something with a pop-up blocker. You may be getting pop-ups. I use Mozilla Firefox to browse with, with the Yahoo Toolbar, both contain pop-up blockers. You may also want to run Ad-Aware to remove potential adware on your computer.
