Any advice?

I am in my seventh week and I am getting really bad bloating, I also have this really itchy rash in one of my armpits. My first doctors appointment isn't until Nov 10th has anyone gone through this, and if so what can I do?

There are no stupid questions so don't hesitate to call your doctor and talk to the nurse. Describe the rash and bloating to her and see what direction the doctor gives. If it is something serious you will feel better knowing you got medical advice early. Pregnancy affects everyone differently.

Its normal. The rash is probably unrelated.
