sex offenders that prey on children should not be allowed to become repeat offenders...period. there's got to be a deserted island surrounded by man-eating sharks that they can be banished to for the rest of their days, can't there be?

Yes. If sex offenders weren't released from prison in the first place there wouldn't be any repeat offenders. I think anyone who preys on children should remain in jail because 9 times out of 10 when they're released they do the same crime again.

in my opinion, i do no longer think of she could be stripped of her abode and reward, yet I strongly agree that her young ones could be in the care of yet another. What she has, and what she is entitled to, is trivial while measured up next to the wellbeing of her 2 babies. regrettably, there is not any longer something in the intercourse criminal Registration Act that prohibits a baby intercourse criminal from being around babies, except that's at a school, park, under-age disco, sport midsection, or any area designed completely for human beings under the age of 18. while you're deeply frightened approximately their welfare, as i may be, touch the dept of youngsters and relatives centers and seem at your thoughts on any further action which you will take in giving those deserving babies a happier and fit destiny. sturdy success.

I strongly feel that once they have repeated any major sexual offense, like rape, they should be lobotomized, until we can come up with a better solution, there is no cure.
Adults don't deserve to be victimized anymore than children do.

they should be penalized more weather it's a child or an adult as the judicial system lets these sick bastards off with light sentences they should be given life as they have taken a child's innocent life

After doing it once, they are punished.
After doing it twice - how stupid are
we to turn them loose again?
For ANY sexual offense.
Why don't we just pick out their
next victim and send it in the cell
with them!! Preferably the wife
or kid of the Judge
that made the stupid
law that turns those
people loose.
But somehow,the people
that MAKE the laws, and
their families, are always
safe in their IVORY TOWER!!.

They should be castrated. Then they couldn't repeat it anymore. We need harsher laws here in the U.S.
