I've seen too many bad women drivers... especially their parking skills...
Once i saw a lady having a real hard time trying to get out of her parking spot, she had to reverse like a hundred times just to get out of that damn spot... and when she finally did, all the cars surrounding hers (left, right, front, back, including her own car of course) were badly damaged!!! hey, i'm serious!
So, whenever i saw a ladies at parking lots, i always offered to help them get their cars out of their parking spots... especially when she's a hot babe or she had a nice ride..lol

and i noticed they always tend to turn their steering wheel the other way round when they try to reverse...

No offence ladies....... it's just a question that men would love to answer... :-)

What do you mean by bad drivers? Fact is that women ARE worse at parking and reversing on average. I have seen some women who seem to have no idea where the ends or sides of their vehicle are. Men are better at these sorts of tasks, on average. It's just the way the brain works - men's perception of distance, angles and so forth tends to be better. Sorry, as far as I can see it's a fact.

However, accidents involving parking and reversing rarely cause much damage and injury.

OTOH men tend to have accidents at higher speed where damage and injury are far greater when they occur.

I think its a generalization. There are both poor women and men drivers. Sometimes males get exposed to driving, cars, and opportunities to practice their skills early on in life (e.g. b/4 obtaining a drivers license). On the otherhand I have witnessed drivers having a hellova time parking or backing up -- and it has been a woman with a big a@@ car or SUV. These people need to take the time to attend refresher driving classes which they do have because driving on the road is no joke with so many people out there and the better prepared we are the better we can be to avoid a possible accident. They just need to be more responsible drivers. I for one never pull into a parking space, I always back in so when it's time to leave I have a better view of what's coming down the isles.

I don't know where you live, but in fact, women are better drivers than men. They have far less accidents, insurance companies are happier to insure women but men keep on pushing this idea that women are bad drivers. Of course there would be some who are bad, just as there are some men who drive slowly, but not so many. I guess trying to keep this idea going is an indicator of those men's feelings of inferiority.
And I don't believe your example either. It's easy to claim things on here that haven't happened, but if you want statistics on accident rates for males and females you can get them from any insurance company!

As a woman, I of course am going to have to disagree. I don't think bad driving is necessarily gender-specific. From MY personal observations I see male drivers taking way more unnecessary risks, driving recklessly, and/or speeding than women do. At one point in time I believe that men had to pay higher auto insurance premiums than women (that may have been outlawed, not sure). So why would men have to pay more? Because the insurance company statistics showed they had more accidents. Just my 2 cents, but I don't think this is a question you should worry yourself over. There are plenty of bad drivers, male, female, white, black, asian, hispanic, etc, to go around.

My wife has rear ended three people over the course of 15 years. Two were at intersections where she had someone in front of her taking a right turn. Not paying attention to what is going on in front of her, and thinking the car in front was out oh her way, she accelerates into their rear. It is plain and simple not paying attention. The third time was at an intersection where the car in front didn't move out of her way when the light turned green. Not only is this getting expensive for us, I am concerned someone is going to get injured or worse, killed. Help me please!

Women are very easily distracted. My sister almost steered me off over the side of a bridge( she had one tire on the side) and also through somebody's yard because when she looked back to check her blindspot she turned the wheel with her.

I've seen my fair share of poor male parkers also!! They are the ones that actually hit the posts, (and other cars) because they're so sure of themselves!!!
As far as driving is concerned.......it's usually the young MALE drivers that speed and have horrendous accidents!!

If women are bad drivers, why is our insurance lower? Why are we out of the risk pool at 21 and men aren't until they're 25? It is true that women's depth perception typically isn't as good as men's (which is why we have a harder time parking), but we are more cautious and are less likely to do unGodly speeds. Also women often have children in their car, and therefore even when we don't have our children with us we consider that others do. We are more often more courteous than male drivers, and less likely to commit road rage.

while autos have been invented, the function of ladies became on the whole to preserve the family individuals which coated prevalent jobs including cooking, cleansing and elevating toddlers. the adult men drove to artwork daily. hence, those skills are deeper ceded in adult men for that distinctive reason.

Most women I know of are very good drivers. That's why they're less likely to get involved in accidents and get tickets then their male counter parts.
