I have been working out for 5 years now . However, due to work pressure I'm not able to give that much time to my fitness . So want to know your opinion whether it's a good idea to work out at home.
Your suggesstions would really help ...

To take a decision on your question, first of all you should decide whether you have an option to get the income required by you by working from home. You should also take into consideration the perks and benefits you will be getting from your employer if you are working with the firm. When you work from home these facilities will not be available to you. Most of the employers have Medical Scheme, Insurance Schemes, Gratuity Schemes, Pension Schemes etc. These facilities will not be available to you by working from home. If you are confident to generate sufficient income to take care of the above beeds and also to take care of your needs when you are not in a position to work,
you can opt for working from home.
I personally feel that if you are in good health and young you should work with an Organisation raher than working from home
unless you are getting very good return while working from home.
It is the matter to be decided finally by you as you will be the affected person.
