No! no foundation at all. You'll be seriously wrinkled by the time your 40. Instead, you could use a bit of brown powder. You need to look your age so go with fresh neutral and natural colours ie. no brightly colored eyeshadow that makes you look like a clown at a circus. Don't be in a hurry to grow up.. Those of us who are older wan to be younger.. trust me on this one!

At the same age as you, I wore exactly the same! Never foundation, just because it always looked a bit 'too much like a painted doll' and I was lucky and had nice skin.

In my 20s I wore foundation if I was on a big night out and wanted to make a special effort to look more 'evened out' (especially after a bit of booze when I get a little flushed!). Now in my early 30s I wear a tinted moisturiser to go to work, and nothing at the weekends. Again, on a 'big night out' or on an important day at work, I would put foundation on.

Whilst your skin is still young and fresh and if you are relatively blemish free, I would say enjoy keeping less, rather than more make-up on!

When I was 14 I wore makeup...And alot of girls around your age wear it too these days. As long as it is okay with your parents, I don't see any problem with it.

If the reason you are wearing foundation is because of problem skin...I'd recommend going to a dermatologist instead. They can do amazing things these days for things like acne.

The problem with me wearing makeup at 14, is I didn't apply it correctly. At the time, I thought it looked great but looking back at pictures I looked terrible...

Make sure to use a LIGHT hand, and BLEND well. You might even want to have a parent or sibling take you to a department store beauty counter...They can show you how to apply your makeup.

Hope this helps.

You do not need it, Light make up is always better. Besides if it is pimples that you are worried about heavy make up such as foundation will make them worst. A good face washing routine with a light moisturizer every day will help with that a whole lot. Now this is just my opinion but I think the amount of make up that you are wearing now {providing it's not super dark} is just rite for your age, as you will get older you may find as I did {not all people feel this way} Less is more. Hope this helps you out some.

Foundation is used to even out the skin tone and sometimes cover up any blemishes, or make them less noticeable. If your skin is in good condition, its best not to wear it. The longer you go without wearing it, is for the better. Girls that start wearing foundation at an early age, seem to always need it from then on. Foundation sometimes leads to early wrinkles, because of all the rubbing and pulling of the face, during the application and removal of it. If I were you, and felt good about the way my skin looked without it, I wouldn't start using it now. Girls feel better about themselves when they don't have to use foundation to cover up their natural face. Just my opinion: Good luck and take care.

A tinted moisterizer on special occasions if fine. The mistakes that women (young and old) make is applying cosmetics so heavy that they look unnatural. It should enhance not be overpowering. A little with a light hand goes a long way. Rule of thumb -- ask your parents at when it is alright for you to wear foundation.

Reminder: it's fun to put it on but remember to ALWAYS take it off before sleeping (you want your skin to look good for many years to come). And always wear a sunscreen even in the cold.

I'm 14,most of the lasses in my year wear at least eyeliner and foundation or powder, although unless you use some light blusher or bronzer it will look kinda flat.Go for it,just remember to wash it off every night and morning before you apply ( just to make sure :)) anyway i prefer powder then you dont get "slag lines" as my mate says and it doesnt look worse as the day goes on unlike the liquid, also the liquid can make you orange although depending on where you are orange at the moment is well..liked :S lol

Foundation is needless at your age... but if you feel like you need something to even out your skintone try powder... Clinique has a good (double face) powder that Ive used since I was about 15 or 16.

well if you have skin things you needa cover up you shuodl use it. at least i did.. when i was 14 i had some pimples and started wearing the foundation to cover them up. just go to the store and get like the blue covergirl stuff to match your skintone.. and go with the powder kind not the liquid kind because that can make you break out.

hmm well,
i live in hong kong, and i'm 14 too.
some people i know puts foundation to school. and i think its okay. but it really depends on how you put it.

some people's foundations makes them look WORSE. not better. while some people are the complete opposite.

Its your choice actually. do whatever you feel comfortable to do. But remember to pick the right colour first!

I personally thinks concealer works better then foundation. They are not too thick, and its more concentrated. they also look more natural. but that really depends on the amount you put =] and where you put it.

I put concealer all over my face. i dont use foundation at all =]
