I will not say intellectually mature but I will use the term Mature and Adult Mature.

Mature= above 25 years, have education, etc. But the problem is we thing that person is mature but in fact he/she is not. A mature person will hardly get angry, do blame, or negative things.

But a real Mature whom I call, Adult Mature is a person who will never get angry easily, love everything, respect others. Listen to others. Talk nicely.

In our society there are a lot of Mature people but they are not to me.

Actually, everyone has their own definition of mature. I get the feeling you're asking how to be smart, but the an example of maturity is to be able to stay up late, but got to bed early anyways. Basically, it's taking responsability for your actions and knowing the right thing to do and doing it instead of acting irresponsably.

A person with many passes in education or degrees. Well versed in learning, able to converse on any subject.

Well they have to be socially mature and educationally. Mentally and emotional comes with that also
