I have no idea what it's made of because the box is retarded but it's a really cheap kind, which probably explains it. Help!

Sounds like you are using kids modeling clay which is formulated to stay soft so it can be used over and over so you will not be able to make it harden in the oven or otherwise. If you are making something of Clay you want to bake in the oven at home to become hard,use polymer clay ( brand names...Fimo, Sculpey, Artclay, Katoclay are some )

I wonder if it even was supposed to be put in the oven... Try letting it dry in a week, and if that doesn't work, I don't know, freeze it or try some other clay.
