Soulseek is what I use, and it's been the best thus far. It's a very basic program, free to use, and doesn't come with any ads or spyware. Even the slowest computers are able to run it well.
You'll be able to find most songs you want on Soulseek, but the videos are a little harder to find, especially specific ones. Soulseek started out with a very small following, but has grown in popularity.
