History shows them capable of the same offenses. All they same the Gingrinch era Republican Revolution with its Contract for America has drifted away from its principles. Maybe in the long run its better they lose the House and or Senate so the GOP can reform itsself and find some fresh ideas.

Where there is a REAL problem is in the fact that the Republican party did exactly that during the Clinton years, have to remember that they had been buried behind democratic congressional dominance for a lot of years. Whether democrats will do a tit for tat remains to be seen. I would venture to say that some democrats will carry a grudge, and some won't.

the problem is both partys become corrupt with the power of congress, what they need is through a reality tv show at them, 24/7 camera following them around the whole time and week to week the people get to vote there opinion....A> it would strengthen peoples involvement with there government B>help curb corruption in congress C> funds from the show can go into government spending D> it would just be a laugh in a half....

when the left take back the white house, hopefully then this country can get out of being ignorant and poor econonmically and socially. Instead of chasing non existent pursuits actually spend time building this nation instead of breaking it like the right wing did for the past 8 years..

Extract revenge. It does not work that way. It may be tempting but they will conduct government in the way they would to conform to thier ideals. They would know that a major move to get revenge would only turn voter off.

the first thing they will do is crash the economy by repealing the tax cuts! they love the tax and spend solution..what is sad is the liberals actualy think there people in congress,senate wherever are poor people!yeah right ,show me one who gave there money back to the government! lets not forget the war,the iranian govt. the serian govt. are who we are fighting over there,the rise in violence over there is dure to our elections and trying to influence our resolve..get a few libs in and we get taken out of the region,you people are to stupid to see how they are influencing you because they know your a bunch of soft asses!whew sorry!

i think many republicans are reforming and understanding that they must run more moderate to be successful.....

Bush has really smeared the republican party including the good, honest republicans who are american first!!!!!!
