In Domremy in the duchy of Bar. But I'm curious. This is so easy a question to answer simply by going to a search engine and typing in the name -- why did you bother posting a question. It would have been simpler to look up the answer yourself. I don't get it. Can you explain this?

Joan of Arc was born in 1412 in the village of Domremy in North Eastern France. Her parents were peasants, and Joan never attended school. Like all children of the working classes in those days, she helped with chores from an early age. She was deeply religious and spent hours praying in the church

Joan of Arc was born to Jacques d'Arc and Isabelle Romée in Domrémy, a village which was then in the duchy of Bar (and later annexed to the province of Lorraine and renamed Domrémy-la-Pucelle)
