of course I'd be worried, something is definitely going on. If not why doesn't she take you with her. I'd make her sit down and decide who she wants to be with, like right now especially if she looks pregnant and you said that you haven't had sex in a while, that is probably the reason she is staying away so much. The bigger she gets the more she will stay away. All you need is for her to come home one day with a little one because they guy doesn't want her then. Hurry up before it's too late.

dude are you kidding me?? since when are married people allowed to hang out alone with people of the opposite sex for days at a time...i understand there's gotta be trust, but we don't have to be stupid either. And shes not even having sex with you. I am sure you care about her, but really think about it, do you need someone like that in your life?? she IS obviously cheating on you. really don't know if you need ti worry right now, you know your wife and if you think something is going on then yes you need to address it, but why don't you ask her if its okay if you went with them and if she says yes then that Will give you an opportunity to access the situation and you as a male can tell if their is some body chemistry then make your decision.
