The International Baccalaureate is not used in the USA. American students start school at age 5/6 and continue for 12 years, at the end of that time they get a high school (secondary school) diploma. This is not considered the equal of an IB. If you come to the USA after completing your Baccalaureate you will be entered in most American colleges as a sophomore or even a junior (freshman, sophomore, junior, senior). Most US colleges are happy to have students who have completed a high level Bac.
Nearly every US college has a website with the address of its admissions department. You can email them and they will email back with information about their policies. Many 10,000s of foreign students come to the USA every year, and almost every college is happy to have them. Of course, the most competitive colleges (like the Ivy league, Duke, Stanford, University of Chicago, etc) have very few spaces for foreign students, but there are more than 1500 other US universities to choose from.
