What began as a revolution in 94 promising to finish what Reagan began and to change capitol hill has devolved into holding on to power for its own sake.l - fiscal responsibility, national security and family values were the there principles they stood for.
6 years of Republican control of both houses of Congres and the executive branch and we have the biggest deficits in US history and a war most Americans believe was a mistake.
The tragic irony is once Republicans acquired all this power, the system changed them.
The Foley scandal only undermines them further - the Republican leaders were motivated much more by fear of electoral fallout than concern for the young pages in their care.

How silly of 'me' to think only Marxists use the term 'revolution' Oh, I'm thinking of the AMERICAN REVOLUTION. Obviously a commie thing.

The Republican Revolution, as Repus were fond of calling it, is nothing but a fascist counter-revolution.

I really will be delightfully surprised if you get the final nails in the coffin of this monsterous revolution.

No its not over the Left wing media and Democrats are just stoking the fires , Hope they are prepared for the backlash

One can only hope it's over. We'll know for sure after the elections. As for the values of the Republicans in office - their only value has been their needs and wants. They speak with forked tongue! I for one will be overjoyed when they are no longer in power.
