You have the right to be a Father to visit your child and show them you love them and support them, any thing that any good father would do for thier child, as long as you have proof that you are the father of your child that is.
If you are having problems with a partner or ex in relation to this you should really seek some legal advise if no happy resolution can be found through talking with her about it.

The same as the mother. Fight in courts for your rights to see the children as much as possible. Do not fight with her infront of the children but let your lawyer know and the judge that you love them and you want to spend as much time as possible with them.

your rights depend on what has happened in the relationship . weekend visits or half custody or full if mother treated the child bad or if she cheated on u like i say it depends on what has happened in the relationship but if u have a criminal record u will maybe just get supervised visits
